Angila is a Hollow that was defeated by the Karakura Superheroes and Raku. It was created by the fusion of many weaker Hollows.
Appearance
Angila is a large blue Hollow with an eel-like lower body. It has large arms and a Hollow mask with two protruding tusks.[1]
Plot
The remaining Hollows converge into Angila.
As Karakura Superheroes are defeating multiple Hollows on a rooftop, the remaining ones start glowing with red Reiatsu, before converging and forming Angila. Don Kanonji refers to it as the "Bad Spirits King" and said he has finally revealed himself. Angila starts crawling and slams its head into the stairway behind the group, before swiping Yuzu with its hand, sending her and Raku over the side of the building. Angila then starts climbing down the building to chase them.[1]
Raku slams headlong into Angila while engulfed in flame.
But Raku separates from Yuzu and glows pink, before transforming into a lion-like creature with a flaming mane and red armor. Raku then crashes into Angila, pushes it upward and slams it into the rooftop behind the Karakura Superheroes. With Angila, injured, getting up and roaring, Raku's body is engulfed in flame as he runs forward and slams into the Hollow, sending them both flying off the other side of the building.[1]
As he performs several hand seals, Don Kanonji unleashes a Golden Kanonball that splits into two spheres of energy, which Jinta smacks into Angila by using his Muteki Tekkon to perform Jinta Home Run, followed by Karin kicking her blazing soccer ball into the Hollow's head with Karin-Style Death Shot. With Angila flying overhead and Jinta telling her that it is coming, Ururu unleashes a barrage of blasts with her Senren Bakusatsu Taihō, obliterating it.[1]
Powers and Abilities
Spiritual Power: As a Hollow, Angila has some spiritual power.[1]
Enhanced Strength: Matching his size, Angila possesses great strength, allowing it to break concrete with its head and send Yuzu Kurosaki flying away.[1]
Trivia
- This character remains unnamed in the anime, though it was given the name Angila (Spanish for "Eel") in the video game BLEACH Soul Resonance.
