Fortnite is a 2017 online video game and game platform developed and released by Epic Games.

Teaser

On December 14 2025, the official Fortnite X account released a short teaser showing Ichigo Kurosaki's Zanpakutō, Zangetsu, amidst a field of blades as a Jigokuchō lands upon it, soon followed by a Rift Butterfly which then opened a Rift. This is then followed by the date of "12.20".^[1]

Collaboration

Ichigo Kurosaki is the main protagonist of the BLEACH manga series who obtained the powers of a Soul Reaper, becoming humanity's defender against Hollows alongside fellow Soul Reaper Rukia Kuchiki, human Orihime Inoue, and Quincy Uryū Ishida. They were released on December 21st 2025 alongside themed decals for the BMW M4 GT3 EVO, with themed content being added to Blitz Royale on December 23rd.

• BLEACH is the ninth manga/anime franchise to be added to Fortnite.
• On December 18th 2025, there was a 'Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War' Cup where players who placed highly in the leaderboard could win the Uryu Ishida Skin, Sasamekojaku Back Bling and Quincy Arrow Pickaxe for completely free.
